Ikan puyu singgang asam pedas Terengganu
Bahan-Bahan:
10/12 ekor ikan puyu sebesar 3 jari.
6 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 besar ibu jari kunyit
1 besar ibu jari lengkuas
1 sudu kecil ketumbar
3 biji cili merah (atau cili padi mengikut citarasa)
daun kesum
4 biji bendi (optional)
2 keping asam keping
garam dan perasa

Cara:
Tumbuk bahan-bahan diatas dan masukkan kedalam periuk bersama air.
Masukkan asam, daun kesum tunggu sehingga menggelegak.
Masukkan ikan serta bendi, garam dan bahan perisa.
